Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This is a template drafted for Meow Launchpad's own use and has not been reviewed by a lawyer for any specific jurisdiction. Read it alongside Docs and the whitepaper, which describe how the product actually works.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Meow Launchpad website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Meow Launchpad may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version here; your continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a frontend for interacting with public smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain. It is not a bank, broker, exchange, or custodian. Meow Launchpad does not hold, control, or have access to your funds or private keys at any point — every transaction is proposed by the Site and signed directly by your own connected wallet. The Site does not operate the underlying bonding-curve, factory, or graduation contracts; it reads from and sends transactions to contracts that already exist on-chain, independent of the Site.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you.
  • You are solely responsible for determining whether using the Site, acquiring any token through it, or interacting with any blockchain it connects to is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for complying with those laws.
  • You may not use the Site if you are located in, incorporated in, or a resident of any jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable law, or if you are a person or entity subject to sanctions administered by any government or international body with jurisdiction over you.

4. Your wallet, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. Meow Launchpad never asks for them and has no way to recover them, reverse a transaction, or restore lost funds if they are lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address. Every action you take through the Site — launching a token, buying, selling, approving a token for spending — is final once confirmed on-chain.

5. No warranty

The Site and the contracts it interacts with are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Site is experimental software.

6. Assumption of risk

You understand and accept that:

  • Smart contracts can contain bugs or be exploited, and the contracts the Site uses have not been independently audited for use with the Site, regardless of any audit history they may have from elsewhere.
  • Token prices on a bonding curve can be extremely volatile, and a token may lose all of its value, including before or after graduation.
  • A graduated token's liquidity is locked, not guaranteed to be sufficient, deep, or stable — a locked pool can still be thinly traded.
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible; network congestion, RPC issues, or front-running can affect the price or outcome of any trade.
  • Anyone, including people with no affiliation to Meow Launchpad, can launch a token through the underlying contracts — the existence of a token on the Site is not an endorsement of it by Meow Launchpad.

7. Not financial advice

Nothing on the Site — including the whitepaper, documentation, or any statistic, chart, or description shown for a token — is investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

8. Fees

Trading, launch, and tax fees described in Docs are enforced by the smart contracts themselves, not set or collected by Meow Launchpad as a company, and are non-refundable once a transaction confirms on-chain.

9. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Launch or promote a token that is fraudulent, or that misappropriates a real person's or organization's name, brand, or likeness without authorization;
  • Attempt to disrupt, over-burden, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the infrastructure it depends on; or
  • Exploit a bug or vulnerability in the Site or its underlying contracts in bad faith.

10. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party infrastructure it does not control — wallet software, RPC nodes, the Robinhood Chain network itself, and, if you use it, WalletConnect's relay for connecting certain wallets. Meow Launchpad is not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third parties.

11. Intellectual property

The Site's design, branding, and original text are owned by Meow Launchpad. The Site's source code may be published as open source under its own license in its code repository, which governs reuse of the code itself, separately from this Site's branding.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meow Launchpad and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of funds, tokens, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Site or any contract it interacts with, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meow Launchpad and its contributors from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Termination

Meow Launchpad may restrict or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time. Because the underlying contracts are independent, public infrastructure, doing so would not prevent interaction with already-launched tokens through other means.

15. Governing law

[Governing law and jurisdiction — to be specified before this is relied on in production.] Until filled in, no specific jurisdiction's law is asserted to govern these Terms.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Meow Launchpad regarding the Site.
